All of the Firehouse baskets are served with beer battered french fries, tater tots or a side salad (for an additional $1.00).
Finger Steaks
The Idaho original. Breaded tender strips of beef sirloin, battered and deep-fried. Served with cocktail sauce

Chicken Strips
2 Large, 4-5 oz chicken breast fillets, breaded and deep fired to golden brown. Served with ranch dressing or your favorite wing sauce.

Fish and Chips
2 Large, 4-5 oz Beer-Battered tilapia fillets fried to golden brown. Served with tartar sauce or malt vinegar.

Butterflied Shrimp
Breaded, butterflied shrimp fried to a yummy golden brown. Served with cocktail sauce
